Legend Property Group works closely with the entire TMC project team from start to finish. Being under one umbrella allows LPG to be familiar and comfortable with new markets during the pre-construction phase of every project. A close working relationship with CDS allows for ongoing review and revision of plans to maximize efficiency and brings to light finishes and other features that can highlight the project at completion. Once construction is nearing completion, LPG works closely with Monument Construction to address any outstanding issues and ensure a smooth handover.

From there, LPG takes over to lease-up, manage, and maintain the property. With our extensive financial and operational expertise in asset management, LPG can provide top notch customer service, tenant retention, and continuous financial success. Our reporting and metrics revolve around increasing the value of the underlying asset and delivering superior value to our residents and the community at large. We specialize in managing urban new construction and rehabilitated historic structures that cater to both the residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

LPG was founded in 2009 to manage a portfolio of properties owned by TMC. Since then we have expanded our internal portfolio to over 2,000 units across Richmond, Tri-Cities, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Norfolk, and Roanoke, with a portfolio value exceeding $500 million.
