As part of TMC, Monument Construction is more than a general contractor. Our developer experience has taught us to view a project as not simply a building but as one part of an overall community. We strive to always deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while delivering a finished product we’ll stand behind and be proud to be a part of for years to come. Our involvement with a project doesn’t end with a Certificate of Occupancy. We work closely with our in-house property management team, LPG, to ensure a smooth handover and a quick lease-up as well as ongoing consulting and support.
